Why does everyone hate you?

I suppose they blame you

for the destruction of society.

Not me, pretty pretty Commercialism.

You give me things like presents at Christmas

and an array of merchandise that I adore.

You don't mean any harm.

You just want people to be happy!

Is that so wrong?!?

No! It's not!

Commercialism, never leave!

Without you, where would all

the Hallmark stores go?

Out of business, that's where.

And don't even get me

started on Disney World.
